Cadet Parent Responsibilities

Welcome to the  Cadet section of the BSC Website. Our cadet section looks after the needs of our younger sailors aged 8 to 18 years. Our cadets are active throughout the year at BSC, we have a full program of racing, training and social events. The highlight of the year is our Cadet Week which takes place in the first or second week of the school holidays and has a full program of sailing and social events. 

The Cadet section is run by the Hon. Cadet Skipper, Rob Carver and his Deputy, Jonny Garlick and a Cadet Management Committee which includes input from the Cadets themselves. A Cadet Commodore, Vice Commodore and Committee are elected by the other Cadets annually.
