Blackwater Sailing Club is pleased to be hosting the final leg of this year's Beastie Tour. Beastie stands for Big Easties and is for sailors who are now too big for Optimists but still want to travel to local events, we will be running a mixed fleet race open to any boat with a PY handicap.

As well as hosting the Beasties we hope to have a coached regatta fleet for Optimist Sailors (subject to numbers). 

Racing will be off our club line and will use our club marks, details of these can be found in the Sailing Instructions for the event which can be found here BSC Beastie 2019

The entry fee is £10 per sailor for non BSC members and £5 per sailor for BSC members which includes a burger off the BBQ at the end of the event.

Online registration will close on the 5th of July, entries on the day will be accepted at a cost of £15 per sailor.

Camping is available for the Saturday evening, we will organise a take away (not included in the price☺) for the adults or you can bring your own food for a DIY BBQ. 

Registration will be open from 11:00

Main Fleet Briefing will be at 13:30

Boats will launch from 14:15 with the first race start at approximately 14:42

There is also the chance to take part in our Northey Cup on the Sunday
