You need to be 'logged in' to see the drop down menu and access the Members Area information. For further 'member only' news/notifications you should log in and then return to the Home Page (Click on the word 'Home', top left of your screen). Drop down menus in the Social and Cadet areas will also give 'member only' access to any contact details and/or available event registration and payment options.
The Members Area drop down menu gives access to information and guidelines about the Club in 'Who Does What' and in the Members Information File (MIF). The MIF also includes some downloadable forms, for example, the Boat Licence and Mooring Application Form is the one to use if you when you are informing the Club have bought or sold a boat.
The Bungalow may be booked online via the Members area, and you can see the Tide Tables for the year.( Please note that to book a club dinghy you now need to use the Folder in the Clubhouse Lobby.) You can update your contact details and check your subscriptions to the relevant mailing lists to ensure that you are receiving the club electronic communications. The monthly e-update of Club and Cadet News and the Abridged Committee Minutes can also be found here, keeping you informed of what is going on at the Club and what the Management Committee has discussed or decided on your behalf.
The Message Board is the area to hold conversations with other members, or provide feedback and suggestions for all things at the Club - but don't forget that everyone else can see your comments! All Members can contribute and it is a useful way for newer Club Members to make contacts and ask questions. The Adult Sailing Sessions Groups have their own conversation thread to make arrangements and share entertaining details of their progress and exploits. The Cruising Members also make regular use of the message board to plan their adventures and share useful information.
